THYME
Thyme seeds have a rounded and elongated shape with a brown and white color. They have a sweet flavor similar to that of anise and liquorice.
ALERGENS
It may contain traces of cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products.
SUGGESTED USE
Fennel seed is used to add to salads, crackers, meat stews, pasta sauces, and fish and meat.
- Store fennel seeds in a cool, dry place, not exposed to light.
- It is recommended to consume fennel in seeds before 18 months of its packaging date

Thyme is an excellent source of vitamin C (75% of the recommended daily value), vitamin A (27%), fiber (16%), riboflavin, iron (27%), copper and manganese (24%), 11% each one in calcium and manganese, and doses of vitamin B6, folate, phosphorus, potassium and also zinc.
