RED MUSTARD
Red mustard has an aromatic, bitter and spicy flavor, although somewhat less than that of black. Origin: India. It is made with spices, chestnut mustard seeds, water, white wine and salt. Although its exact composition is a closely guarded secret. Its flavor is one of the mildest among mustards.
SUGGESTED USE;
You can use it in red meat or fatty fish such as trout and bake. In addition to creating a golden crust, it will give it an excellent flavor. Also add it to sauces to glaze or to marinate beef, pork, chicken, and even rabbit.
