POPCORN

Popcorn is a variety of common corn. Its grains have special characteristics that, when subjected to heat, allow them to be turned into popcorn or popcorn, a very popular treat. The corn plant is robust in appearance.

  • SUGGESTED USE;

    Its preparation is very simple: you just have to heat a couple of tablespoons of oil over medium heat, add the corn kernels and cover the container. In less than a minute the beans will start to pop. Finally, add salt to taste.

    Source of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and B7 or folic acid. These vitamins fight anxiety, depression, heart attacks, among other benefits.
