LAUREL GROUND
The ground laurel is presented in a crushed form with a small size and a pale green or olive green color. It does not have strange smells or flavors.
SUGGESTED USE
The laurel is used to prepare broths, sauces, as a condiment in legumes, meats (especially in stews with potatoes) and in seafood dishes.
- Store the ground bay leaf in a cool, dry place, not exposed to light.
- It is recommended to consume the ground bay leaf before 18 months of its packaging date
