  • SUGGESTED USE;

    Ginger is a seasoning for many traditional foods. The most common way to take it is in infusions. To prepare this infusion we will use a liter of water and a piece of the root, and after the water boils, add the ginger and let it rest for about 3 or 4 minutes, then sweeten with honey and drink.
