INULIN FROM AGAVE
Agave inulin is a type of soluble fiber obtained through a process of drying maguey or agave (tequila is also made with this plant).
SUGGESTED USE;
The recommended dose of agave inulin is 8 grams per day, approximately one teaspoon.
You can take it dissolved in a glass of water, add it to smoothies, jellies, juices, yogurt, milk or dilute it in a bottle with water and drink it throughout the day.
