CÚRCUMA
It is an intense yellow color that is transformed into a powder and used as a condiment in several countries and as a food coloring, especially in India. SUGGESTED USE;
Turmeric can be taken both fresh and dried as a powder. And one of the possibilities is to eat it directly by diluting half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass with warm water or fruit juice. Like it is used as a condiment.
