PACKAGED CINNAMON
They are the branches of some shrubs called zeylanicum and verum, which once dry and without their bark form very aromatic tubes. Its flavor is sweet, woodsy and spicy.
SUGGESTED USE;
Its use is limited to sweets, in Mexico it is a basic ingredient of Baroque cuisine and is used equally in sweet and savory dishes; from pot coffee and chocolate to our infinity of sauces and moles.
