CINNAMON CASIA BROKEN
Aromatic, it offers a less delicate and somewhat more spicy flavor, it is and comes from an evergreen tree native to southern China, Bangladesh, India and Vietnam. It is said to be a relative of cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum), "the true cinnamon", and the dried bark is also used as a spice, and it is presented in squares.
