FINE COCOA
It is a cocoa with a higher PH (acidity) percentage than natural cocoa, giving the finished chocolate a more intense flavor.
SUGGESTED USE;
It is presented in powder or whole and is used the same for confectionery as to refine some moles and other salty dishes.
VITAMINS AND MINERALS
It provides a considerable amount of potassium, phosphorus and magnesium and a lower amount of calcium that increases considerably in cocoa with milk. It also provides vitamins such as B1, folic acid, B2, B6, B3, vitamin A and vitamin E.
