CHILE PUYA
Dried chili that is normally 10 cm long and 2 wide. It is very similar to guajillo, but thinner, smaller and much spicier.
SUGGESTED USE;
They are used to add heat to stews or sauces; They are first roasted and then soaked in water before being mixed into a sauce. There are many red sauces and stews made with this chili, it is almost always used mixed with the guajillo chili.ITCH LEVEL
