CHILE PIQUIN

They are very hot, fresh or dry, and are distinguished by being oval and slightly conical, green when immature, red when ripe and almost always sepia red when dry. They are generally 1 to 2 cm long and 0.5 cm or less in width. It is a chili that is widely distributed from northern Mexico to South America.
