CHARAL DRY
Charales are small fish (6 to 12 cm), thin, laterally compressed, covered with scales, with a silver band on the flanks; long and flattened head, blunt snout, small mouth with protractile teeth, thick lips, 17 gill rakers; they have two dorsal fins.
SUGGESTED USE;
Serve it as a snack with bottle chili and lemon.
