INTEGRAL RICE
Rice is a cereal considered a staple food in many culinary cultures, especially in Asian and Latin American cuisine.
Long rice has an elongated grain, which can be between 4 and 5 times the length of its thickness, reaching 5 and 6 mm.
The grain of Long rice is totally or partially devoid of the pericarp cuticles and presents a more or less white color, but always uniform.

- Always store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture.
- It is advisable to consume Long rice within 12 months from the date of packaging.
VITAMINS AND MINERALS
High in minerals such as calcium and iron, it is also rich in vitamins, such as niacin, vitamin D, thiamine, and riboflavin. Brown rice is a good source of fiber and therefore improves digestion.

It may contain traces of cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products.
