NATURAL AMARANTH

Amaranth is a plant with spikes from which a small, round, light yellow seed is obtained. It is high in lecithin, traditionally used to prevent cancer.

  • SUGGESTED USE;

    It is used mainly as a food supplement due to its high protein and fiber content. It is also consumed as a sweet and to garnish bionics.

  • VITAMINS AND MINERALS

    Among the great nutritional properties of amaranth are proteins, which exceed those of most cereals, minerals and natural vitamins such as A, B, C, B1, B2, B3; lots of folic acid (basic during pregnancy) and niacin, calcium, iron and phosphorus.
