BIRDSEED
Canary grass (Phalaris canariensis) is a herbaceous plant of the grass or poaceae family. It is native to the Mediterranean, but it is cultivated commercially in various parts of the world to use the seed in feeding domestic birds. Formerly, bread was made with its flour.
SUGGESTED USE
Pour 5 tablespoons of birdseed into water (suitable for human consumption) and soak overnight. In the morning remove the water from the birdseed and strain. Blend the result with a little water. One liter of boiled water is added to the liquefied mixture.
VITAMINS AND MINERALS
It contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, as well as vitamins of group B, vitamin E, Omega 6 and Omega 9, being a highly nutritious food, especially indicated in athletes and children.
ALERGENS
It may contain traces of cereals with gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties) and derived products.
