Traditional and common White Garlic. Its size is large, its conservation is good and it is late and of good productivity, although sensitive to frost. It has an excellent flavor and a persistent aroma. The head of white garlic usually has more cloves than other types, they are meatier and keep longer. Its teeth are white and covered in a parchment silver-colored covering.
